FCCIB organized a Conference & Networking Luncheon with H.E. Mr. Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce

The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bahrain, FCCIB, organized a Conference & Networking Luncheon with H.E. Mr. Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce, which took place on 1st March at Gulf Hotel Bahrain.

H.E. Mr. Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro has stressed the depth of relations between Bahrain and France at various levels, most importantly in commerce and industry, citing the joint economic agreements signed by the two countries during the official visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the French Republic on April 28, 2019.

The minister noted that the Government of Bahrain has taken many steps to make the Kingdom an attractive destination for foreign companies and investments, as the local economy continues to grow and thrive thanks to the diversification policy. He also reviewed a set of measures taken by the Industry and Commerce Ministry to facilitate procedures and attract more investments at the local, regional and global levels.

The conference was concluded by an insightful Q&A session and followed by a networking luncheon, took place in presence of H.E. Mr. Jérôme Cauchard, Ambassador of France to Bahrain, Mr. Jean-Christophe Durand, President of FCCIB, Mrs. Rim Jalali, Executive Director of FCCIB and members of FCCIB.
