Conference & Networking Luncheon at Four Seasons Hotel with HE Shaikh Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Oil
The French Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Bahrain organized a networking luncheon yesterday afternoon at Four Seasons Bahrain.
More than 80 attendees enjoyed the insightful conference delivered by HE Shaikh Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Oil, on the recent Oil & Gas discoveries in Khaleej Al Bahrain and their impact on Bahrain’s economy. HE Minister of Oil presented also the sector’s updates such as Bapco’s refinery expansion and LNG Terminal Construction. The event was sponsored by National Bank of Bahrain and Sharif Group.
The conference was followed by a lively Q&A session. Numerous topics were debated especially the impact of the discoveries on education with the launching of new diplomas in this sector, the different opportunities available to French companies and information about the recent discovery’s extraction methods.
The meeting was attended by HE Mrs. Cécile Longé, Ambassador of France to Bahrain, Mr. Jean-Christophe Durand, President of FCCIB, Mr. Simon Galpin, Managing Director at Bahrain Economic Development Board, the Board and Members of Bahrain Businesswomen Society as well as many other VIPs, members and guests.
