New Marassi Al Bahrain project launched
Eagle Hills Diyar has announced the launch of Address Residences, Marassi Vista – a new serviced apartments concept in the Marassi Al Bahrain project.
The freehold beach-front property will be fully managed ranging from leasing to furnishing on behalf of investors by Address, which is a part of UAE-based Emaar Group.
With a built-up area of approximately 33,000sqm, Address Residences, Marassi Vista comprises 210 units, ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments.
The property includes a barista and café lounge, a gymnasium, a children’s play area, separate swimming pools for adults and children, and a barbecue area.
