MANAMA: A new visa centre was launched by the German Embassy in partnership with VFS Global at the Diplomatic Commercial Office Towers in Manama.

German Ambassador Alfred Simms-Protz inaugurated the launch alongside VFS Global representatives.

The centre, managed by VFS Global, is located on the 18th floor and aims to provide a smooth visa application process for travellers to Germany, Belguim, Holland, Luxembourg, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Iceland and Slovenia.

Meanwhile, promoting bilateral trade between Bahrain and Germany was discussed as businessmen from both countries met at the opening of the German Breakfast and Catalogue Show, which was held at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay.

It was organised by German-Saudi Arabian Liaison Office for Economic Affairs in co-operation with the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
