Key Diyar project work is on track

MANAMA: Diyar Al Muharraq, a leading urban developer in Bahrain, has announced that all the secondary infrastructure work for its Sarat project was completed in mid-July, thereby bringing the project to the brink of being fully functional.

Currently, owners who have built villas on their plots can move in at any time, pending the activation of the electrical network, which is currently in progress and is expected to be completed within this month.

Once all the electrical works have been fully executed, they can complete their procedures with the Electricity and Water Authority and get electric and water supply to their villas, the developer said.

Built at a total cost of BD4.43 million ($11.74m), all work for Sarat was completed on time, in line with project’s forecast date and within the budget, it said.

“Sarat is one of the most prominent residential offerings launched within Diyar Al Muharraq thus far as it embodies the philosophy of providing a harmonious, fully-integrated lifestyle to residents that the development in its entirety is envisioned to fulfil,” said Diyar Al Muharraq chief executive Dr Maher Al Shaer.

Sarat District offers landowners an opportunity to build their own homes and integrate it within an ideal cohesive residential community within Diyar Al Muharraq that includes all the amenities of a modern lifestyle for its residents. Set in an abundant park environment overlooking a beautiful landscape, Sarat is located near the main entrance and other planned community facilities.

The Sarat residential plots, which sold out in record time, comprise 173 units, with sizes ranging from 500 to 1,000sqm.

Diyar Al Muharraq is a unique master-planned city offering a range of housing options and quality lifestyle.
