Firms set to showcase projects
MANAMA: Dubai-based Damac Properties, Bahraini urban developer Diyar Al Muharraq and Metropolitan Holding have announced their participation as exhibitors at the Bahrain International Property Exhibition (Bipex) 2017 starting on Thursday.
Damac will showcase a series of projects targeting investors, including an extensive range of bespoke villas, luxury apartments, hotel apartments, hotel villas and serviced apartments from its developments across Dubai.
Its latest bespoke product Just Cavalli villas, is a part of a range of premium properties that are associated with international lifestyle and fashion brands.
Also at the annual expo, Damac will display its Aykon City project, located on Shaikh Zayed Road and overlooking the Dubai Canal as well as Golf Vita, providing golf living in a well established master community.
In a separate statement, Diyar Al Muharraq announced that during Bipex 2017 it will offer free registration on sales of commercial or residential land plots within Diyar Al Muharraq, with developed products exempted from the promotion.
The company’s chief executive Dr Maher Al Shaer said he hoped the exhibition would work as a platform for developers and projects to play a role as catalysts driving the kingdom forward into international limelight.
The developer will highlight Deerat Al Oyoun, one of the largest housing developments in the kingdom, and other projects such as commercial villa plots, residential building plots, Al Bareh residential plots and office building plots.
Meanwhile, commenting on the company’s strategic participation in the 10th edition of Bipex, Metropolitan Holding managing director Mohamed Al Sayed said, “Bipex is a platform for us to showcase our portfolio of projects and investment opportunities together with the broad range of services to the real estate and construction sector through subsidiaries and business partners.”
Highlights for Metropolitan include the launch of two student accommodation projects in Liverpool and Preston, a landmark development among other exclusive residential projects in the heart of Manchester.
The three-day exhibition will be held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre under the patronage of the Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa.
