Sales Executive - Provulco (Conveyor Belts)

Provulco is the sales representative office in the Middle East of the company PROVULCO, based in France. They manufacture and sell their own conveyor belt brand: PRIMA by Provulco. They are looking for a Sales Executive specializing in Bulk material handling industries.

Offer and profile description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the target industries in the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

2. Product Knowledge and Presentation

• Provide clients with detailed information about conveyor belt products, including types, materials, and applications.
• Recommend solutions tailored to client needs.

3. Client Support and Communication

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Prepare and present quotes & proposals.
• Responsible for preparing coordinating client meeting and site visits.
• Follow-up orders process.

4. Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the conveyor belts industry or industrial equipment.
• At least 2–4 years of significant experience in B2B sales.
• Familiarity with conveyor systems and their applications is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent presentation, organizing skills, and customer management.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and applications of conveyor belts.

Personal Traits

• Ability to work independently, self-driven and highly motivated.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel weekly for client meetings and site visits.


Work Environment

• Location: Office-based 1 day/week with frequent travel to client sites and trade shows.
• Salary: Basic salary + commissions (car, phone and laptop provided).
• Industries Served: Mining, Cement plants, Steel, Sugar, Phosphate and more.

This role is ideal for individuals with a mix of technical knowledge and sales acumen who can connect with clients and effectively promote solutions in the industrial sector.
