Yellow level to continue until Feb 14

BAHRAIN will continue to remain in the Covid-19 yellow alert level until February 14, as a precautionary measure.

Health Ministry Under-Secretary Dr Waleed Al Manea said a surge in Covid-19 infections was expected following the emergence of new variants.

Special care must be extended to those who are critical and with underlying conditions, he said.

He was speaking at a Press conference held remotely from the Crown Prince Centre for Training and Medical Research, Riffa.
