WELL DONE! HM King hails HRH Prince Salman's dedicated efforts
His Majesty King Hamad has praised the dedicated efforts of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in serving the nation in various fields.
He was receiving the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, at Safriya Palace yesterday.
The meeting was attended by his personal representative Shaikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa, his representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs and National Security Adviser Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Supreme Council for Youth and Sport first deputy chairman, General Sport Authority and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The King praised the outstanding participation of Bahrain’s teams in the Olympic Games hosted by Japan. He underlined the keenness of the athletes and wished them success in future competitions.
His Majesty and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister reviewed latest regional and international developments, stressing the keenness of Bahrain on stability in Afghanistan with the participation of all parties.
They also underlined the kingdom’s interest in supporting relief efforts in Afghanistan, alongside international partners.
