Tourism Minister praises Bahrain's model of coexistence
Manama, Mar. 27 (BNA): Tourism Minister Fatima bint Jaffar Al Sairafi received Bahrain Society for Tolerance and Religious Coexistence (Ta'ayush) Chairman Yousef Mohammed Bozboun and members of the society.
Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) CEO Dr. Nasser Ali Qaedi was present.
The minister affirmed that Bahrain has a strategy for promoting tolerance, harmony, and peace, making it an attractive travel destination due to its friendly society, history, culture, heritage, and entertainment facilities.
Al Sairafi was briefed on the establishment of society, its activities, events, and participation inside and outside the Kingdom.
She praised Ta'ayush's role in presenting Bahrain to the world and stressed the ministry's keenness in supporting the efforts of various civil societies to promote the Kingdom as a model of tolerance and coexistence.
