Top journalists in Bahrain honoured for their contribution

The Prime Minister’s Press Awards were presented today.

The seventh edition on the awards was organised by the Information Ministry under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

HRH Prince Salman honoured the award winners in the presence of ministers, senior officials, journalists and media personnel in Bahrain.

Al Ayyam newspaper won the award in the Press article category, for an article by Khalil Youssef.

Rashid Al Gha’eb from Al Bilad newspaper won the award in the journalistic investigation category, while Hassan Al Sitri from Al Watan newspaper and Muhammad Al Jayousi from Al Bilad newspaper were honoured for Press interview category equally, and Youssef Talfat from the Bahrain News Agency for the photo category.
