Tender Board restructured

MANAMA: His Majesty King Hamad last night issued a decree restructuring the Tender Board, appointing Urban Planning and Development Authority chief executive Shaikh Nayef bin Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa as its chairman. Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Khayat, under-secretary for public works affairs at the Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry has been named vice-chairman. Members are Supreme Council for Environment CEO Dr Mubarak Bin Dina; Isa Radhi Al Aradi; Saeed Hussain Abdul Rahman, adviser to Bapco modernisation project; Nasser Mohamed Nasser Al Shaikh; Walid Youssef Al Saie; Rashid Ahmed Al Jowder; and Jasim Abdulla Hammoud, from the Prime Minister’s Court. The term of membership shall be two years.

The Prime Minister and the ministers, each within his jurisdiction, shall implement the decree and it shall enter into force from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
