Sustainability and Resilience International Conference to be launched
The third International Conference on Sustainability and Resilience: Climate Change, will be held on November 15-16.
The event is organized by the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the University of Bahrain (UoB) under the patronage of UoB President Dr. Jawaher bint Shaheen Al Mudhahki.
The two-day conference will discuss 130 scientific papers in the fields of engineering, business and science involving the design, planning and construction of sustainable built environments.
Dr. Al Mudhahki stressed that the conference looks forward to discussing developing the system to resolve climate issues, restore balance in the earth, and adopt environmentally friendly methods to avoid exposure to more pollution or the continuous rise in temperatures, which affect negatively on all creatures.
The conference attracts researchers and experts from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, India, Morocco, Iraq, Pakistan and Indonesia.
