Real estate trading exceeded BD 1 billion in 2022
Manama, Jan.4 (BNA): The volume of real estate trading in 2022 topped BD 1,086,804,371 s, an increase of 3% compared to 2021.
The Public Relations and Media Department of the Survey and Land Registration Agency announced that the volume of real estate trading in 2022.
The trading volume in the last quarter of 2022 stood at BD 285,461,180 . As for the ratio to the number of real estate registration transactions conducted by the agency for the year 2022, it amounted to about (25217).
