Online boost

The Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) announced that with effect from November 1, all stages of the registration of real estate will be done online.

Users will be able to execute their transactions through the “erws” service available on SLRB website.

A user can enter all the required details and documents into the system as well as paying all the administrative and registration fees.

An applicant can then either collect the title deed in person from the SLRB office or arrange to be sent to him by registered post.
