New vaccination centre opens

A new vaccination centre has opened its doors in Sitra Mall.

Supreme Council for Health chairman and National Taskforce for Combating Covid-19 head Lieutenant General Dr Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa inaugurated the centre yesterday and reviewed its preparedness.

He said the national vaccination campaign is proceeding as planned following Royal directives to provide a safe and free vaccine for all citizens and residents in line with health security plans to combat the coronavirus.
