New timing for tourist facilities

Tourism Minister Fatima Al Sairafi has issued a decision to oblige tourist facilities designated for food and beverage services in hotels to close completely at 3am, starting from the first day of Eid Al Fitr.

However, ‘all day dining’ restaurants specified in a resolution regarding the classification of hotels, hotel apartments and food and beverage services in hotels and restaurants designated for tourism services independent of hotels, shall be allowed to provide their services from 6am, provided that they close completely at 3am.

Under the decision published in the latest issue of the Official Gazette, all artistic and musical performances and music players must stop at 2.30am in the specified facilities and restaurants.

Article 3 stipulates that every text that contradicts the provisions of the decision shall be cancelled.
