NBB offers free fire insurance coverage
National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) is offering free fire insurance coverage for residential properties to its mortgage customers.
The arrangement aims to reduce the financial burden on mortgage loan customers.
NBB head of retail relationship management Mohamed Raees said: “The initiative was made with our customers in mind, and we aim to continuously assess the various requirements that arise when planning for a house and to better anticipate the responsibilities that our customers come across in the process.”
The bank offers up to 90pc mortgage financing of property value for a tenure of up to 25 years.
