Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Minister receives GPIC chief executive

Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Minister Wael Al Mubarak received Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC) chief executive Yasser Al Abbasi.

They discussed co-operation in the landscaping sector.

The minister stressed the importance of the existing partnership with the private sector to promote agriculture and raise awareness of protecting the environment, praising the GPIC’s initiative to support afforestation projects and contribute to preserving the environment.

Mr Al Mubarak stressed the ministry’s keenness to co-ordinate with GPIC to exchange expertise and implement projects concerned with preserving the environment.
