The fve MPs – Ahmed Al Salloom, Zainab Abdul Ameer, Isa Al Kooheji, Fadhel Al Sawad and Dr Ali Al Nuaimi – said the
Labour and Social Development Ministry should select these sectors and the support should be provided by the Unemployment Fund and Tamkeen.

The main sectors that closed due to the pandemic include institutes, kindergartens, conferences and exhibitions activities, recreational games, spa services in addition to travel and tourism agencies, newspapers, restaurants and cafés offering
