Medical city work on schedule

MANAMA: The King Abdulla Medical City is expected to be completed by late next year, it was revealed. “Work on the project is on track despite challenges resulting from the Covid-19”, said Arabian Gulf University (AGU) President Dr Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al Ohali. The university is co-ordinating with the contractor to draw up alternative plans to complete the construction of the medical hub as scheduled initially.

In the meantime, the university is drawing up plans to operate the milestone, recruit personnel, attract outstanding AGU medical graduates, in addition to equipment and training programmes.
