Majid Al Futtaim in tie-up to develop Sharjah mall

Majid Al Futtaim, a leading shopping mall and leisure pioneer, has partnered with top retail and hospitality organisations Azadea Group and Landmark Group for new brands and stores at the City Centre Al Zahia in Sharjah.

This arrangement will see the leading regional retail companies introduce their extensive range of world-class brands and stores— including Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear and Virgin from Azadea; as well as Centrepoint, Home Centre, Max, Emax, Steve Madden, Pablosky and Eccofrom Landmark — to the soon-to-be-launched mall

Encompassing over 136,200 sq m of gross leasable space, 70 percent of the mall has already been leased; with a long list of internationally-recognised and home-grown brands making the eagerly awaited shopping centre their new home.

Along with Landmark and Azadea Group’s portfolio of retail outlets, Carrefour, Yalla Bowling, Magic Planet and VOX Cinemas — hallmarks of the Majid Al Futtaim experience — will also add to the mall’s array of dining and entertainment options.
