Key recommendations by chamber implemented

Key recommendations by the Bahrain Chamber resulting from economic and market impact studies and the committee’s second annual conference have been implemented by the government, the chairman Sameer Nass has said.

In a statement issued after the chamber’s consultative council convened yesterday to review the current state of the economy, Mr Nass said this reflects the government’s keenness on engaging the business community in shaping economic decisions and joining efforts to solidify the national economy and foster its sustainable development.

Spearheaded by Mr Nass, the council discussed the government’s development plans and the partnership between the government and the private sector and their united efforts for the welfare of the country and its people.

Mr Nass hailed His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for his leadership, open-ness and transparency.
