Industry Minister highlights government's support for engineering sector
Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister, Zayed bin Rashid Al-Zayani, has affirmed the government’s support for all local and professional associations that serve the nation and the citizens.
In this regard, the minister commended the role played by the Bahraini Engineering Offices Association in enhancing the urban and economic sector in the kingdom, by providing it with the required human and technical expertise.
Minister Al-Zayani was speaking while meeting here today the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bahraini Engineering Offices Association, Mazen Ahmed Al-Omran, and several board members, following the election of the board of the 2022-2023 session.
The minister was briefed about the Association’s plans and programmes for the new session, wishing the new board every success in achieving the goals of the Bahraini Engineering Offices Association.
Mazen Al-Omran expressed appreciation for the efforts exerted by the government to support the engineering sector, praising the role played by the Industry Ministry to provide facilities for such a vital sector.
