Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister to patronize conference
The 7th edition of the annuall GCC Customer Service Conference will be open today (Thursday) at the Crowne Plaza Convention Centre.
Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister Zayed bin Rashid Al Zayani will patronize the event under the theme “Customers in the age of digital transformation and artificial intelligence”.
Experts and executive officials representing various sectors will take part in the discussion forum. These include Bahrain Association of Bankers (BAB Chairman Adnan Yusuf, Al Rashid Group Chair and BCCI member Shaikha Hind bint Salman Al Khalifa, Shura Council First Deputy Chairman KPMB managing director Jamal Fakhro and Silat Al Khaleej CEO Firas Ahmed.
The session will be moderated by Bahrain Internet Society Chairman Abdulla Al Hamed.
