HR Webinar with National Bank of Bahrain's CHRO on 'Navigating through Covid-19 Pandemic'

FCCIB organized a webinar on Monday 4th May 2020 and was pleased to welcome Ms. Dana Buheji, Chief Human Resources Officer at National Bank of Bahrain, NBB , as guest speaker on the topic ‘Navigating through the Covid-19 Pandemic’.

Around 50 guests joined the webinar and enjoyed Ms. Buheji insightful intervention.

Ms. Buheji presented the different actions undertaken by NBB as an employer of choice, prioritizing their employee’s health and safety through linking it to wellbeing awareness training sessions, among other measures.

She underlined the fundamental role of NBB as a business partner in this pandemic, mentioning the increasing use of technology and the growing communications with clients and partners.

Ms. Dana Buheji highlighted NBB’s key position as a national contributor, donating to the National Fund to Combat Coronavirus #FeenaKhair, among other meaningful actions.

Ms. Buheji’s intervention and speech were followed by a dynamic Q&A session with the business community, members of FCCIB and team of NBB.
