Housing loans offer

Seven banks have launched special financing offers targeting citizens planning to buy villas in the Danat Al Lawzi project.

The package is tailored for Bahrainis who are benefiting from the Mazaya social housing finance scheme, said Eskan Bank.

The offers were launched by Kuwait Finance House, Al Salam Bank, Bahrain Islamic Bank, Al Baraka Islamic Bank, Ithmar Bank, Al Ahli United Bank and Bahrain and Kuwait Bank.

Housing Minister Bassem Al Hamer, who is also chairman of Eskan bank, said that interested citizens can take benefit of the offered social villas in the housing project.

Located west of Hamad Town, the 106,713sqm project consists of 303 villas with constructed areas ranging from 232-250sqm.

Built on plots ranging from 177sqm to 360sqm, the villas will be offered at prices starting from BD110,000.
