High-quality government services vow

EFFORTS to deliver high-quality government services and improve performance will continue in order to achieve the interests of citizens and meet the goals of His Majesty King Hamad’s development march, Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa said.

He made the statement while meeting officials in charge of the National Suggestion and Complaint System ‘Tawasul’ following the ministry winning the 2020 Service Excellence Award.

He said the ministry is keen to consolidate its effective communication with citizens through the delivery of high-quality government services.

Shaikh Salman commended the efforts of the ‘Tawasul’ work team in attaining the landmark achievement which, he said, is a source of pride for the ministry’s affiliates, stressing their keenness to continue working within Team Bahrain.

He expressed hope that the prestigious award will be a catalyst for achieving more accomplishments and initiatives that meet common aspirations and goals.
