GFH Properties wins top honours

MANAMA: GFH Properties, the real estate development arm of GFH Financial Group, has received two honours from Luxury Lifestyle Awards, a prize programme that recognises the best luxury goods and services around the world.

The developer announced that two of its residential projects have won in the awards’ real estate categories.

Beating out 13 other contenders, Harbour Heights was named the ‘Best Luxury High-Rise Living in Bahrain’ and The Harbour Row vied with seven other projects to win the title of ‘Best Luxury Residential Development in Bahrain’.

The former comprises a trio of towers offering apartments and penthouses and featuring the highest swimming pool/gym facility in the country, while the latter is a mixed-use project that includes four residential buildings consisting of 333 apartments, with an additional two buildings set to house a five-star hotel and 162 hotel apartments.

The Harbour Row will also feature a new retail district hosting more than 20 retail stores and kiosks overlooking a waterfront promenade.
