French construction firm buys Spanish renewable energy developer for nearly €5bn
French infrastructure company Vinci has agreed to acquire Spanish firm ACS Group's energy business, which includes a renewables development platform with a 22GW project pipeline. ACS' energy business has developed 4.4GW of renewable energy projects over the past three years.
