France's national stadium gears up for mass Covid-19 vaccinations
The French stadium that hosted World Cup finals in soccer and rugby is taking on a new role in response to the Covid-19 pandemic: it is preparing to become a vaccination centre. The opening of a vaccination centre at the stadium is part of a drive by the French government to accelerate its vaccination programme. Around 11% of the French population has been given at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
