Focus on work in digital age

A conference to discuss the future of work in the digital age will be held next month at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence and Spa.

The event entitled ‘The Future of Work – People Analytics and Human Resources (HR) in Metaverse’ will be held on November 15-16.

The conference, hosted by the Bahrain Society for Training and Development, will shed light on data analysis and approaches in HR management within the digital data realm, highlighting the impact of virtual worlds on organisations’ work systems.

Conference chairperson Sara Abdin said the forum and exhibition will explore artificial and collective intelligence, augmented reality, and metaverse power in the development process.

“In our data-driven world, organisations recognise the growing importance of utilising data for its direct impact on decision-making, productivity, efficiency, and performance improvement,” she said.
