FinTech Breakfast-Conference, 8 January 2017
The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bahrain (FCCIB) organized a Breakfast-Conference about Financial Technology, on the 8th January 2017 at Rotana Downtown Hotel.
The guest speaker, Mr. Thanh-Long Hyunh, CEO of the French start-up Quantcube, talked about “Massive Big Data Analytics for Economics and Behavorial predictions and its application to Bahrain”. The conference was opened by Mr. Abdulla Juma, Vice chairman of FCCIB.
The conference was dynamic and has been followed by a session of questions and answers, which permitted the attendees exchange with the guest speaker more deeply about the behavorial predictions in Bahrain and in the world.
QuantCube is a French company in the FinTech sector, which was created by markets traders. Their services aim to help financial institutions as well as governments determining investment and industry trends from social media data and corporate information. Their HQ is located in Paris, they have offices in New-York and Singapore and have shown a strong interest in Bahrain.
