Export Bahrain signs agreement with Jahez

Export Bahrain has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Jahez Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading online food delivery platform, to facilitate free access of Bahrain-based businesses to e-commerce platforms and promote local products in Bahrain and across the Saudi market.

Under the partnership, Bahrain-based businesses will be offered exclusive deals aimed at helping them to expand into the Saudi market.

A landing page will be created for each of Jahez Group’s platforms to highlight Bahrain-based brands, for which Export Bahrain’s clients will be provided with special fixed rates for a period of 5 years.

In addition, through Jahez Group’s Co-Kitchen platform, restaurants in Bahrain will be able to rent commercial kitchen spaces in Saudi Arabia at below-market rates.

Furthermore, recipe developers in Bahrain will get to showcase their skills through made in Bahrain products sold in restaurants in Saudi Arabia.

The agreement was signed by Export Bahrain chief executive Safa Sharif and Jahez International Company chief executive Ghassab Al Mandeel.
