Expo to open a new world of underwater universes

THE extraordinary diversity of the underwater universes of Egypt, Mexico and Tonga will be explored in an exhibition early next month.

‘The Living Sea’ exhibition will present photographic and documentary works diving into the colourful marine ecosystems of these countries.

The works of photographer and author Prince Hussain Aga Khan and film director Simone Piccoli will be on display at the Bahrain National Museum.

Opening on November 3, the expo will continue until March 9 and will be open during the museum’s regular working hours (daily from 8am to 8pm except Tuesdays).

‘The Living Sea’ is a collaboration between the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities and Focused on Nature, a Swiss environmentalist association created by Prince Hussain.
