EWA opens Customer Service Center in Zayed Town
Manama, Mar. 29 (BNA): The Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) announced the opening of a Customer Service Center in Zayed Town.
EWA said that pre-appointment reservations will open on April 1.
The Authority affirmed its keenness to develop higher quality services.
EWA will provide 5 channels to serve subscribers:
- Electronic services via the national portal www.bahrain.bh.
- Customer services call center, available 24 hours, on 17515555.
- Virtual Service through Skiplino app.
- Customer Service Center in Zayed Town.
- Home Visits Service for elderly and people of special needs, requested through customer services call center on 17515555.
