Energy co-operation discussed

Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Petr Parkhomchyk held a meeting with Oil and Environment Minister and special envoy for climate affairs Dr Mohammed Bin Daina and discussed key issues related to energy, in addition to trade and economic co-operation.

Dr Bin Daina noted Belarus’ oil strategic standing and technological capabilities in this vital field, stressing Bahrain’s keenness on expanding co-operation and creating investment opportunity in development projects.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed key future energy projects and ways of developing co-operation in the field of natural gas and benefiting from latest studies in extracting gas from deep layers in commercial quantities.
