Egis lands big contract for Seven’s leisure hubs in KSA

Egis, the major international group in the consulting, construction engineering and mobility sectors, has been appointed as the project management company for Saudi Entertainment Ventures' (Seven) entertainment destinations in the Northwestern and Southern Provinces, including the recently announced project in Tabuk. 

 

The contract was awarded by Seven, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the kingdom's sovereign wealth fund PIF, which has been mandated to invest in, develop, and operate entertainment destinations and create a sustainable entertainment sector that caters to the needs of all in Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the highest international standards. 

 

According to Egis, the scope of work includes overseeing the design of the entertainment destinations and attractions development through all work stages of development, the identification of potential specialist partnerships required in the execution of the project as well as construction and project management services. 

 

Seven’s development of the entertainment ecosystem supports Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to diversify the country's economy and enrich the lives of Saudi citizens, it stated.

 

These leisure hubs will provide visitors of all ages with an innovative and immersive environment, featuring themed attractions, thrilling experiences, high-end retail options, and a wide range of food and beverage choices, it added.
