Drive-through insurance service launched by bni

MANAMA: Bahrain National Insurance (bni) has launched its first drive-through service, enabling customers to conduct several transactions without having to step out of their car.

bni assistant general manager Hassan Hashim commented: “We have launched the service at Sitra Branch, and we look forward to spreading this service across more branches in future. With the drive-through insurance service, customers may conduct various transactions, including issuance and renewal of policies, endorsements of policies and claim intimation.”

The drive-through operates from 7.30am to 3.30pm, Sunday to Thursday.
