Diyar begins next phase of infrastructure work

Diyar Al Muharraq has announced the commencement of the next phase of primary infrastructure work, which includes linking the main infrastructure network to Al Naseem, Mozoon and Era Homes projects.

Work began last month after Al Ahlia Contracting Company was appointed the main contractor.

The project will last for six months and include extending the electricity, water, telecommunications, sewage, rainwater and irrigation networks, roads, paving and road lighting works.

“We are pleased to have commenced work on the next phase of primary infrastructure within Diyar Al Muharraq, as this step comes as part of our continuous efforts to establish an integrated infrastructure for the city,” said Diyar Al Muharraq chief executive Ahmed Al Ammadi.

The work constitutes an important addition to the infrastructure of Diyar Al Muharraq, to provide all services to the Al Naseem project, as well as the residential communities and adjacent facilities.
