Cultural events lined up to mark National Day

A number of cultural events featuring arts and craft, a workshop, a seminar and book launch highlighting Bahrain´s heritage have been lined up to mark National Day.

Organised by the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, the celebrations include 'Manama Doesn't Sleep' which commemorates the 32nd anniversary of the Bahrain National Museum, a workshop for children to mark 'Martyr's Day', a seminar on 'Arabic Language Academies: Necessity or Luxury?' to mark World Arabic Language Day, an exhibition of murals, launch of a book on 'Culture and Diplomacy', and opening of the Bani Jamra Naseej Factory.
