Cuisine and culture on show at Thai Mart Mall fair

A FUN, food and cultural fair opens at the Thai Mart Mall Bahrain in Diyar Al Muharraq tomorrow.

Organised by the Royal Thai Embassy in Manama, the four-day event will promote Thai cuisine, organic products, spas, culture, crafts, tourism and arts.

Held under the theme ‘Night Bazaar’, the festival will include those participating restaurants, shops, and services listed on the embassy’s website, Facebook and Instagram, as well as Thai Mart’s website, Facebook and Instagram.

The event is a great opportunity for Bahrain’s residents and tourists to savour Thai delicacies and products as well as plan their visit to the country in the near future.

Entry is free for all and participants will receive sales promotions as well as daily lucky draws, with the winner receiving a three-day round-trip ticket to Phuket, Thailand.

The event will follow all health and safety guidelines issued by Bahrain’s government throughout the four-day event and participants can be assured that hand sanitisers will be available at every booth while proper social distancing measures will be maintained.

All booths will remain open from 3pm to 10pm with the exception of food stalls which will be open from 6pm to 10pm.

The special fair will continue until Saturday.
