Construction of air control centre completed
The Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry has completed the construction of the air control centre.
The new facility is part of plans set by the Transportation and Telecommunications Ministry to develop the aviation sector, keep pace with the increasing air traffic and boost Bahrain’s standing as a regional strategic centre.
It was designed by Aéroports de Paris Ingénierie.
The Tender Board had awarded the project to Al Jameel Construction under a contract worth BD2,461,976.
