Better integration ‘to bolster GCC growth’
HIS Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has highlighted the importance of enhancing integration and supporting development, including in the economic and financial sectors, to realise the aspirations of GCC citizens.
He stressed the need to build upon past successes as he yesterday received GCC Finance Ministers, who are in Bahrain to take part in a meeting of the financial and economic co-operation committee.
The Crown Prince and Prime Minister also stressed the importance of exploring new horizons, meeting the objectives and visions of the leaders of the GCC countries.
He welcomed the ministers to Bahrain and wished them success at their meeting.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Premier Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Deputy Premier Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Deputy Premier Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, GCC Secretary General Dr Nayef Al Hajraf and Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
