BD101m properties sold during Cityscape
The first edition of the Cityscape Bahrain 2022 has concluded on a high note.
Properties worth BD101 million have sold during the four-day event which was held at the Bahrain Exhibition World in Sakhir, said Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) president, Rera chairman Shaikh Salman bin Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
Exhibitors have showcased around 10,000 units valued at BD967m, including villas, apartments, land plots withing real estate developments projects. They were exhibited by nearly 40 companies from Bahrain and abroad, said Shaikh Salman, who ia also chairman of the Higher Organising Committee of Cityscape Bahrain 2022.
He affirmed that the real estate sector is one of the competitive sectors that attract investments and contribute to supporting the national economy.
This is the result of the unwavering support of His Majesty King Hamad and the ongoing follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, he said.
He asserted that the kingdom continues to strengthen its pioneering position and consolidate its prestigious status in the exhibitions and conferences industry, in order to achieve more development and prosperity for the nation and the citizens.
