Bank ABC to donate $2m for flood victims

A PHILANTHROPIC donation of $2 million has been pledged by Bank ABC Group towards flood relief efforts in Libya.

The international banking group announced the donation yesterday as a swift attempt to support the victims of the tragic flooding following Storm Daniel.

The funds will be distributed to national and international relief efforts to mitigate the aftermath of the natural disaster.

“I would like to extend our heartfelt prayers and condolences to our dear colleagues, shareholders, clients, their families and all those impacted by this devastating situation,” Bank ABC Group chief exective Sael Al Waary said in a statement.
