Bahrain’s key achievements highlighted

A PARLIAMENTARY forum highlighting Bahrain’s achievements over the year was held at the Golden Tulip Bahrain.

The annual event, held under the theme ‘The King ...The Leader ... The Humanitarian’ was organised by MP Ebrahim Al Nefaei. It featured Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) secretary general Dr Mustafa Al Sayed, Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (Baca) culture and arts director general Shaikha Hala bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, General Sports Authority chief executive Abdulrahman Askar and Primary Health Centres chief executive Dr Jalila Al Sayed.

Speeches by top GCC officials were also made on live feed. Present were MPs, senior government officials, diplomatic corps and VIP guests.

Covid-19 frontliners were honoured at the event and the work of parliamentary reporters acknowledged.
