Bahrain Summer Festival set to return to in-person format from July 11-31

The Bahrain Summer Festival will return to an in-person format for the first time since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.

It will be held from July 11 to 31 and feature a series of multicultural performances and workshops.

The 14th edition of the three-week-long festival will feature participation by the Korean, Palestinian, Italian, British, Spanish, American, Thai and Indonesian embassies.

Fun and educational workshops will take place at the Art Centre, and performances will be staged at the Cultural Hall.

Details of the festival were announced at a press conference today at the Bahrain National Museum by Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities president Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa.
