APM Terminals Bahrain to make port energy self-sufficient
APM Terminals Bahrain, the operator of the Khalifa Bin Salman Port, has announced a plan to make the port energy self-sufficient by the end of the year.
The operator is investing around $10 million to develop a solar power project, which will reduce its carbon emissions by 65 per cent.
