Alba recognised for IR practices
Alba has been named the ‘Leading Corporate for Investor Relations (IR) in Bahrain’ as well as ‘Best Investor Relations Professional – Bahrain’, which was announced at the 2022 Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA) Hybrid Annual Conference and Awards held in Riyadh.
Alba chief executive Ali Al Baqali said: “Markets fluctuate all the time, but we want our investors-base to stay the course with Alba – this can only be done through a very strong investor relations team.
“To be recognised for the 11th year in a row is a vote of confidence in our IR practices and for that I thank our director of investor relations, insurance and corporate secretary Eline Hilal, and her team for setting the benchmark in IR, corporate governance, and seamless communication with investors and the financial community.”
MEIRA Annual Conference and Awards is the largest investor relations event in Mena, which recognises the efforts of regionally listed companies and IR professionals for their critical role in shaping the IR landscape.
